The heart of Relatable
Organize the people who matter — by how they matter.
A Sphere is a named group of contacts with its own stay-in-touch rhythm. Close Friends get a different cadence than Past Clients. Investors get a different rhythm than Family. Relatable quietly makes sure nobody in any of them goes dark.
Sound familiar?
- Your closest relationships and your loosest acquaintances are stored exactly the same way.
- "Stay in touch" isn't a rhythm — it's a wish you keep failing to keep.
- A contact can't belong to more than one group in most tools. That's not how your network actually works.
How it works
Create a Sphere
Any group of people you want to stay in rhythm with: Close Friends, Past Clients, Board, Investors, Family, College, whoever.
Set a cadence
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual — or none at all. Relatable watches your last conversation with each person and tells you when it's time.
Let Spheres do the math
You focus on the person. Spheres keep the rhythm.
What Spheres does
Stay-in-touch cadences
Seven intervals built in — weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or never. Different Spheres, different tempos.
People in multiple Spheres
Your co-founder can also be a close friend. Your investor can also be a mentor. Relatable holds both truths at once.
Automatic reach-out triggers
Cross the cadence interval and Whiz surfaces a nudge. Have the conversation; the trigger clears itself.
Shareable with your team
Share any Sphere with a teammate or an external collaborator — read or write access, your call.
Three Sphere flavors
Regular Spheres keep the rhythm. Flow Spheres automate sequences. Stage Spheres are pipelines. Same idea, three shapes.

Frequently asked questions
Can someone be in more than one Sphere?
Yes. A contact can belong to as many Spheres as makes sense — your co-founder can be in Close Friends and Investors and Board all at once. Different Spheres, different rhythms.
What cadences are available?
Weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or never. You pick per Sphere; you can always change it later.
What happens when the cadence elapses?
Whiz surfaces a trigger: who's overdue and why. Acting on it — sending a message, logging a call — auto-clears the trigger.
Can I share Spheres?
Yes. Any Sphere can be shared with a teammate (read or write) or with a specific person outside your team, or globally via a link. Shared Stage Spheres even let collaborators drag contacts between stages.
Do I have to set a cadence?
No. A Sphere can exist without one — just a group of contacts. Add a cadence whenever you want the reminders to start.
