Relatable

Every phone call, on the right profile

The call counts, whether you log it or not.

A phone call is often the most important touchpoint you'll have with someone all year — and the one that's most likely to disappear from memory. Relatable's macOS app logs every call (inbound, outbound, missed) to the right contact, automatically.

Sound familiar?

  • You had a great call. You never logged it. A month later, it never happened.
  • You can't remember when you last talked to someone — or whether you talked or emailed.
  • "Log my call" is a step that gets skipped 100% of the time.

How it works

1

Install the macOS app

The same one that handles iMessage and WhatsApp — one app, all your mobile channels.

2

Let it read your call logs

Inbound, outbound, missed — all three.

3

Every call gets attributed

Matched to a contact if the number is known; captured as a participant for later categorization if not.

What Call Tracking does

Auto-logging

You don't tap "log call" — Relatable already did.

Every call type

Inbound, outbound, missed. All of them, everything counted.

On the timeline

Calls slot into the contact's timeline alongside email, meetings, and messages.

Sphere cadences know about calls

Talked yesterday? Your Close Friends monthly cadence resets. No more "it's been a month" when you actually called them.

Unknown callers captured

Numbers you haven't contact-ified land as participants. Decide later whether to promote them.

How people use Call Tracking

Talk to an investor on the phone; no action required. Next time you check their profile, the call is there.
Prep for a meeting — a glance shows the two calls you had with them last month, plus the emails.
Your Close Friends Sphere cadence resets when you call them — not just when you text.
A number from a missed call becomes a participant, ready for you to name and save.

Frequently asked questions

Does it record call audio?

No. Relatable logs call metadata only — contact, timestamp, duration, direction. No audio.

Works on iPhone or Android?

The call-log sync runs in the macOS app, which reads calls handed off to your Mac via Apple's Continuity. Calls made exclusively on Android phones need a Zapier integration or manual logging.

What about privacy?

Call metadata is stored in your Relatable database. You control what becomes a contact; unmatched numbers stay as participants until you decide.

Does it log missed calls too?

Yes. Missed calls are useful for seeing when someone tried to reach you — they're on the timeline alongside completed calls.

Does it work with international numbers?

Yes. Call logs respect whatever number format macOS stores, and Relatable handles phone number normalization for matching.
