Automate a sequence. Keep the human in it.
Welcome sequences, onboarding flows, re-engagement runs. Without drift.
A Flow Sphere is a sequence of steps — send an email, wait a week, remind you to follow up, send the next one. Drop someone in; they flow through. You stay in control of the relationship, not the calendar.
Sound familiar?
- You meant to follow up in three steps and got to one.
- Every new contact deserves a similar welcome — and every single time you reinvent it from scratch.
- "I'll get back to them in a week" turns into six weeks.
How it works
Build the sequence
An ordered list of send, wait, and remind steps. Templates optional.
Drop a contact in
They start at step 1. No manual queuing.
Relatable walks them through
Automatically — with you stepping in for the moments that need you, not the rote ones.

What Flow Spheres does
Three step types
Send fires an email (optionally from a template). Wait pauses for any interval. Remind nudges you to follow up personally.
A timeline builder
Drag steps, reorder, edit in place. No flowchart labyrinth — just a clean vertical sequence.
Templates plugged in
Reuse your email templates with personalization placeholders like {{ first_name }} and {{ company }}.
Humans stay in the loop
Every remind step is a nudge to you, not to the contact. Automation where it's safe; you where it matters.
Guardrails built in
Capped at 300 contacts per Flow — a deliberate limit so a broken template can't accidentally blast thousands of emails.

Get Started FreeFrequently asked questions
What's the difference between a Flow Sphere and a regular Sphere?
A regular Sphere keeps a cadence going indefinitely — one rhythm, forever. A Flow Sphere walks someone through a defined sequence with a beginning and an end — send, wait, remind, done.
Can I edit the flow while contacts are in it?
Yes. Adding or editing steps respects each contact's current position in the sequence.
What if I delete a step?
Contacts currently on that step auto-advance to the next step. No one gets stuck.
Is there a send limit?
300 contacts per Flow. The cap exists so a broken template can't accidentally blast thousands of emails.
Does it send from my email or from Relatable?
From your connected email account. Flow Sphere sends look exactly like emails you sent yourself — your address, your signature, your tracking.
