Relatable helps you stay in touch with the people who matter, without turning your relationships into a chore. Here's the shape of it, and where to start.

Why it matters

You don't lose touch with people because you don't care. You lose touch because life is full, inboxes are noisy, and nobody reminds you it's been four months since you last talked to someone who matters. That's not a character flaw. It's just what happens without a system.

Relatable is that system. It watches your relationships the way you'd want to if you had the time, and tells you who's worth a message this week.

How it works

Relatable runs one loop, over and over. You bring people in, from your email, your phone, LinkedIn, or by hand. You put them into spheres, groups like "Close Friends" or "Clients", each with a rhythm for how often you want to stay in touch. Your dashboard watches those rhythms and tells you who's due. You reach out, however you'd normally talk to that person, and Relatable logs it and resets the clock. Whiz, your AI assistant, sits inside every step: it can build the spheres, draft the message, and answer questions about anyone in your network in plain language.

How to use it

  1. Connect your email and calendar so Relatable can see who you already talk to.
  2. Bring in your contacts from email, LinkedIn, your phone, or a spreadsheet.
  3. Build your first spheres and set how often you want to stay in touch with each.
  4. Get to know your dashboard, your daily list of who's due.
  5. Meet Whiz, who can do most of this for you if you'd rather talk than click.
  6. Install Relatable on your phone so the loop follows you.

Good to know

  • Relatable doesn't reach out to anyone on its own. It surfaces who's due; you decide whether and how.
  • A contact only counts toward a sphere's rhythm once you've added them to one. Uncategorized contacts sit outside the loop until you do.
  • The order above is a suggestion, not a requirement. Whiz can set up most of it for you if you ask.
