Get to know your dashboard

A quick tour of what's on your dashboard and what's worth checking each morning.

Your dashboard is where Relatable tells you what today actually needs from you.

Why it matters

You don't need to remember who's overdue for a message or whose birthday is coming up. That's the whole point of having a system: it holds the details so you don't have to.

How it works

Whenever someone crosses a sphere's cadence, has a special date coming up, or shows up in your inbox without a home yet, Relatable puts it on your dashboard. Nothing happens automatically from there. You decide what to act on.

How to use it

Your dashboard, at a glance:

  • Reminders — follow-ups you set for yourself, which clear on their own once you actually send the message.
  • Suggestions — people worth reaching out to, based on a sphere's cadence or a job change.
  • Upcoming meetings — what's on your calendar, attached to the right contacts.
  • Uncategorized contacts — people who've reached out or been added but don't have a sphere yet.
  • Special dates — birthdays and other dates you've saved, coming up soon.

A quick morning pass: clear any reminders you've already handled, glance at suggestions and pick who to message today, and check for uncategorized contacts before they pile up.

Good to know

  • A newer dashboard layout is available as an opt-in if you want to try it. Your current dashboard keeps working either way.
  • Suggestions aren't sent automatically. Relatable never reaches out to anyone on your behalf.
  • If your dashboard looks like a lot after time away, that's normal. Clear what's stale and let the rest rebuild.
