Sync your calendar automatically
Your meetings attach to the right contact the moment they're scheduled, so your profile and dashboard always show what's coming up.
Once your calendar is connected, every meeting attaches itself to the right contact automatically — no manual logging required.
Why it matters
A meeting that never makes it onto someone's profile is a meeting you'll have to remember on your own next time. Automatic calendar sync means the history is just there: who you've met with, when, and what's coming up, without you copying it over by hand.
How it works
Once your calendar is connected, new events, changes, and cancellations push into Relatable in real time. Each meeting attaches to the contacts who were invited, so it shows up on their profile alongside everything else you know about them. Upcoming meetings also surface on your dashboard, so your day is visible at a glance. If you use more than one calendar, each one syncs the same way.
How to use it
- Calendar sync turns on automatically when you connect your email account — see Connect your email. There's no separate step.
- Check a contact's profile to see past and upcoming meetings with them, alongside notes and interactions.
- Check your dashboard for the day's or week's upcoming meetings across everyone.
- If you use more than one calendar on the connected account, all of them sync by default. To leave one out — a team calendar or a personal calendar you don't want in Relatable — go to Account settings → Accounts, open that account, and uncheck it under Choose which calendars to sync.
Good to know
- Calendar sync depends on your email connection — if that disconnects, calendar sync stops too.
- Meetings only attach to a contact if the invite includes an email address Relatable recognizes.
- Completed meetings count toward how engaged you are with a contact; upcoming ones don't, since they haven't happened yet.
- Changes to an event on your calendar — a new time, a cancellation — update in Relatable automatically, without you touching anything.
- You choose which calendars sync per connected account, so a team or personal calendar you'd rather keep separate can stay out of Relatable.
