A meeting recorder captures the whole conversation, and Relatable turns it into something useful on the people who were actually in the room, so you don't have to write it up yourself.
How it works
Relatable connects to a growing list of meeting recorders. Once yours is connected, every meeting it records and transcribes gets picked up automatically. Whiz reads the transcript, matches the attendees to your contacts, and logs the meeting as a note on each of them — with a summary and action items — and can suggest reminders for anything that needs a follow-up, though it never sets one without you saying so. If you have AI dossiers turned on, these meeting summaries feed into a contact's dossier too. Don't use a meeting recorder? You can add meeting notes by hand on a contact's profile instead.
How to use it
- On the web: go to Account settings → Apps and choose Meeting Recorders.
- Connect your meeting recorder account by entering its API key.
- Copy the personal webhook URL Relatable gives you and paste it into your meeting recorder's own integration settings.
- After your next recorded meeting, check the matched contacts' profiles for the new note, summary, and action items.
- To stop the flow, disconnect the meeting recorder from the same Apps page.

- A meeting recorder is a read-only source for Relatable — it can never be used to send messages.
- Matching is based on attendee email addresses, so a meeting only logs against contacts Relatable can identify from the invite.
- No meeting recorder connected, or a meeting it missed? Add the note yourself on the contact's profile — you don't need a recorder to log a meeting.
- Whiz suggests reminders from a meeting's action items but doesn't create them on its own.
- Disconnecting stops new meetings from coming in; notes already created stay on the contact.
